ABOUT ME

My name is Amanda Field, and I am a Certified Pedorthist and Pedorthic Technician.  I have worked in Pedorthics since I graduated from the University of Guelph with a B. Sc. in Human Kinetics in 1997.  I founded Westfalen Orthotic Services in 2004, while working out of my basement.   17 years later, the equipment is now in a workshop and the clinic is where I get to see the results.
I moved to Uxbridge in 2012, and have loved being a part of this great community.  The opening of the clinic in town has given me the chance to work with friends, neighbours, and new acquaintances, to help get them back on their feet and return to their activities.  I love problem-solving, and am happy to see my patients out and about when we are done.
I have two wonderful children who keep me running from the horse farm to the hockey rink, and everywhere in between.  And in my spare time, you will find me at the barn spending time with my horse.
